Scholarship Availability
Available for students in Minnesota-based Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) programs.
Minimum Amount: $500 per scholarship
Application Deadline: June 15th
Eligibility Requirements
- Enrollment in a NAACLS accredited MLS or MLT program in MN.
- Program must be sponsored by an accredited college/university or a hospital-based program.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.7 required.
Selection Criteria
- Academic Aptitude: Above-average scholastic achievement.
- Financial Need: Educational opportunities bettered by aid.
- Participation: Contributions to collegiate life or other endeavors.

References & Important Dates
Two reference letters are required: 1) Science professor/advisor and 2) Program Director.
June 15 All application materials and reference letters due.
July Notification of scholarship awards.
September Receipt of scholarship dollars.
* Funds must be returned if the program is not completed; repayment is due within 3 months of withdrawal.
